ACI WARRIORS

I am going to be so broke this year. (sigh) This figure looks amazing! ACI is the same company that I brought the bodies for my Tony Stark and Wolverine figure. I love the detail on this guys uniform. Absolutely amazing.

Loving this figure. Can't wait until he goes up for preorder.

Hope they don't come out with any other figures or I'm going to be in major trouble.

BRING UFC FIGURES BACK!

Okay. It might be to soon to start a campaign to bring back one of my favorite line of action figures but, it can't hurt to try.

UFC Forrest Griffin Kmart exclusive and mini Forrest deluxe figure.

Andrei “Pitbull” Arlovski

The UFC figures have 32 points of articulation and a spot on likeness to the fighter they represent. The were made by Jakks Pacific and only costs $10! That's unheard of for figures of this quality.

I don't collect WWE figures. I did pick up this John Cena figure. (Only WWE figure I own.) No offense to WWE collectors but...the UFC figures are way better. They stand around 6.5 to 7 inches and have more articulation which makes for better poses.

And I think there are like...50 thousand John Cena figures. LOL If they can make that many John Cena's I  don't see why they can't make UFC figures.

I understand, I know it's a numbers game. I guess the figures weren't selling like they wanted so they had to stop producing them. I'm just in a small little town but, they were selling out here.

Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell

I for the life of me can't understand why these figures didn't sell. They were set at an great price point, tons of articulation and awesome likeness of the fighters they represent. And the UFC fights are enjoying a tremendous following!

George ("GSP") St-Pierre

Well, it may not do any good but, I'm going to start pushing to bring back these awesome figures and...also getting a 1/6 scale line would be nice. You never know.

And I don't mean a really big corny looking non-articulated figure.

CLOSE UP LOOK OF MY KITBASHED TONY STARK FIGURE

I like my Tony Stark Kitbash. I think it looks pretty good. I'm thinking about doing another. The body came from Cotswold Collectibles. Its the ACI Medium Body Christian Ver 1. (Asian) The head sculpt I found on EBAY and the clothes I ordered from Cotswold Collectibles. (Very Cool Stuff)

The Wolverine I put together has the same body and I also ordered the Wolverine head from Ebay.

The clothes Wolverine is wearing I put together from stuff I had laying around from other figures. I might try to put together a more movie accurate look a little later.

1:6 SCALE CAPTAIN REX

I've been wanting Rex for a long time and now that they are reissuing him, I thought I'd better jump on the preorder. He's going for $169 at Sideshow Collectibles. I didn't want to order him right now since I am still paying on The Wolverine and Nathan Drake but, they won't start charging me until Oct. since it's a preorder and I'll be finished paying for the other two,.

I'm hoping to get an Iron Man figure before it sells out but, I won't order it until I finish paying for Drake and Wolverine. Hopefully it won't sell out.

I'd been wanting to start a collection of Star Wars figures and who better to start with than Rex? I've already checked out some reviews on You Tube from the previously released figure. Looks awesome! I love this guy!

I have been debating over some of the smaller scale Star Wars figures but in the end, I really don't like the smaller figures.

The only smaller figures that I will buy is Marvel Select, Figma or Neca figures because the likeness to the characters is amazing and the attention to detail is also.

Well, I don't know how much I am a collector on a budget anymore. It seems that lately I've been collecting higher end figures all be it, on a payment plan but still...

Anyway Later,
Melissa

RAINY DAY

So, what do you do when it's raining and nasty out? I rearrange my figures on my desk. I go through my stored action figure collection and take out the figures I haven't seen in a while. I plan what direction I want my collection to go. And then I listen to the  rain and take a nap.

Yes I know. That's not Roadie from the last 2 Iron Man movies. That's Terrence Howard from the first movie. I don't have the newest one.
